Rise Partner Program ("RPP") Terms of Service
1. Overview The Rise Partner Program ("Program" or "RPP") rewards approved affiliates ("Affiliates") with commissions for referring customers who purchase automated marketing campaigns through Rise Group LLC ("Company"). Participation in the Program constitutes agreement to the following Terms of Service.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 10% commission on the gross spend of each referred customer per campaign. Customers may purchase multiple campaigns, each commissionable separately. Rise does not offer tiered commissions. Any deviation from the standard commission structure requires written approval and manual enrollment into a custom program.
3. Payout Terms
Commissions are reviewed internally and subject to approval to ensure legitimacy. Affiliates may request payouts once their commission balance exceeds $100 USD using the provided link in their payout email. Payments are made via ACH and are processed on a Net-30 basis from the date of an approved request. Rise reserves the right to process payouts at its discretion, even if not requested. Unclaimed balances not requested within one (1) year may be voided at Rise’s discretion. Affiliates are prohibited from earning commissions on self-referred campaigns.
4. Cookie Duration
The referral tracking cookie lasts 30 days from the initial click. Purchases made within this period qualify for commissions. The last valid click will be attributed for commission purposes.
5. Prohibited Promotional Activities
Affiliates are permitted to advertise Rise’s services but must adhere to ethical and legal promotional practices. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Misleading, deceptive, or false advertising.
- Spamming (email, social media, or otherwise).
- Bidding on Rise brand keywords in paid advertisements (e.g., PPC campaigns).
- Any representation of Rise in a manner that suggests white-labeling or misrepresentation of ownership.
- Any attempt to manipulate tracking or fraudulently generate commissions.
Violation of these policies may result in termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.
6. Affiliate Approval ProcessAll affiliates must be manually reviewed and approved by Rise. Approval is at the sole discretion of the Company, and it reserves the right to decline or revoke access to the Program at any time.
7. Termination Policy
Rise reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
- Fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate the commission system.
- Brand misrepresentation.
- Violation of any of the terms outlined in this agreement.
- Inactivity or failure to comply with Rise’s ethical standards.
Upon termination, any pending or future commissions may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.
8. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage
Affiliates are permitted to use Rise’s branding, logos, and marketing materials only as provided or approved by the Company. However, affiliates may not:
- Modify branding elements.
- Represent themselves as the owner of Rise or its services.
- Make misleading claims about the Company’s offerings.
- Engage in any activity that damages or dilutes the Rise brand.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration before pursuing legal action.
The governing jurisdiction for legal proceedings related to this agreement shall be the State of Hawaii.
10. Modifications to Terms
Rise reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate these Terms of Service at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes through email or an announcement on the affiliate portal. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
By participating in RPP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
